About

A senior team built for organisations that need judgement and execution together.

ExIQ combines strategic advisory, software and systems expertise, and practical AI implementation to help organisations improve how they operate and make change stick.

ExIQ gives organisations direct access to senior capability across strategy, delivery, software, systems integration, AI, automation, and governance. We work with clients that need experienced people in the room from diagnosis through delivery.

Our team brings experience from enterprise technology, mission-critical systems, executive leadership, entrepreneurship, infrastructure, and high-performance operating environments. That mix allows us to frame problems commercially, design practical solutions, and support implementation in the real world.

Whether the engagement is digital transformation, process improvement, automation, AI adoption, or advisory support, ExIQ is built around senior involvement, clear thinking, and outcomes that improve performance across Australian operating environments.
